The Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore riserva “Vintage Edition” has been the first wine produced by the Caparra & Siciliani cellar in the far 1963. Repurposed today in the vintage version, evokes the past thinking about the future.
It is obtainded by the vinification in purity of the Gaglioppo grapes and aged in oak barrels.
Ideal with roasts, game and seasoned cheeses.
It should be drunk at room temperature.
